5 star experience and a 5 star hotel. Very convenient location near the canals. Beautiful scenery and location. Rooms were large and cleaned regularly thanks to their wonderful staff. Breakfast was a highlight for us, they had great options and a gorgeous dining area. In house food was actually quite nice. I tried room service on a night I wasn't feeling well and had a good experience. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you want a lavish hotel experience in Venice, this is an excellent choice.

The hotel location is great (about a 15 minute walk to St. Marks square). The staff were also fantastic. The room itself is nice and clean but unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on springs. Due to this, we couldn’t get a good night of sleep for the entirety of our trip.

We visit here in June of 2023. This hotel was great. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and the location was great. My favorite thing about this hotel was the breakfast. How awesome was it to look over the canal with breakfast and a coffee. The staff that worked the breakfast were so attentive and pleasant. If you choose this hotel you will not of made a bad decision.

Our stay at the Sina Centurion Palace in Venice was nothing short of magnificent. Tucked away from the bustling tourist spots yet a mere gondola ride from the heart of Venice's vibrant life, the location couldn't be more ideal. The staff's hospitality was exemplary, especially the breakfast team, who made every morning a delightful experience. The reception was notably professional, friendly, and always eager to assist with our needs, enhancing our visit with their local insights and helpfulness. The hotel itself exudes an air of private elegance, offering a serene refuge in the midst of Venice's charm. Highly recommended for a truly authentic and luxurious stay.
