Was okay, nice big apartment with washing machine, one heater didn’t work. Could use some more amenities. We had 2 coffee pods for a 3 night stay.

While the location is excellent and it's located near one of the best tapa restaurants we visited during our 2-week trip, I cannot recommend this accomodation. We were assigned to a unit that didn't get clean properly in our opinion. There were potato chip crumbs found on the floor. The interior of the washing machine was still wet. We saw a spider crawling on our bed. We smelled moldy in the bathroom. They didn't provide us with enough towels and we had to wait until the next day to ask for more. I will take my business elsewhere next time I return to Seville.

This place is a scammer. It smelled sewage and had outdated, non-working amenities (washer/dryer), and poorly-maintained condition (leaked shower). The worst place we stayed in Europe. What a terrible experience! They never send me the entry code by email and lied about it (they alleged it was sent on 2:49pm to my email according to their Expedia review, yeah right, got my email and message, we did on-line checkin and of course they have our email and no they don't go to spam once you receive them onward, I checked spam folder, not there either). They didn't even answer my message through Expedia. Such a pathetic lier!) when I called them in the airport. At first they claimed they couldn't find my confirmation, after a long conversation on the phone, they finally gave the code to us. Moral of story: once you lie, you have to find ways to cover it. So don't lie to begin with. Overall condition was sub-par, with leaked/dirty shower and outdated washer/dryer that made lots of noise. We lost sleep trying to run washer which wouldn't get clothes dried because of the outdated old machine. (Wash one load for three hours and can never get them dried) We had to haul all wet clothes and walk 15 min. to a laundrymat and haul them back. For such a huge hassle and massive inconvenientce, no apology was offered. So not worth it for $188/night. Our stay ruined my impression on Seville. Be aware: automatic check in, no human service, they choose to send code or not, very unreliable. Thank God only stay there one night. Never again.

There is a VERY bad sewer smell in both bathrooms in our second floor apartment #3. This was noted in a review over a year ago but still not repaired even though the response to the review said it was being delt with. The windows do not seal out the street noise so it's as if everyone is speaking just outside the apartment. The noise in the hallway when people come and go is very loud as we could understand every word said from our living area. The windows in the living room are not fitted correctly as the latches do not line up with the locking mechanism so one opens when you close another. The frame of the windows is not attached at the top to the ceiling so sound from the street passes through. The frame moves when the windows are being closed. The twin beds are very comfortable and firm. The AC system works well and each room has individual controls. The television was starting to pull out of the wall and they repaired it within minutes of being notified of the problem after we checked in.
