Perfect location... step out the door a d there's a variety of food to choose from. Room was large and comfortable. Close to Cathedral and itt was nice hearing the bells in the morning.

Stayed 3 nights in Seville at this hotel. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and good quality. Location was excellent very close to many great tapas and wine places and also easy to get to other big sites in Seville like the Setas or Catedral. The concierge was very informative and helpful. Housecleaning did a quick clean each day and also provided fresh drinks for free. A couple negatives: the AC would randomly turn off in the middle of the night. We visited in November so it wasn’t unbearable without the AC but could be really harsh in the summer months. The toilet would run constantly but maybe it was just a wonky toilet.

Exceeded my expectations in all aspects except one. The room was excellent, the staff excellent, location is ideal. Only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. Steam table wasn't hot enough so eggs, beans, bacon, sausage, etc were all luke warm.

Very nice rooms and convenient location. Very quiet. Note that this hotel is part of a group of hotels with a common lobby. Our taxi dropped us off near the main lobby to pick up our keys and then the staff helped us take our bags the 500 meters to this hotel through a maze of pedestrian cobblestone corridors. When we left, we took our bags to a taxi stand about 200 meters away rather than navigating back to the main lobby.
