Very good location in Nimman with reasonable price. I'd stay again if i didn't have to use the gym, pool, or work at the hotel (more on these below). A few downsides: * Internet was spotty throughout the day. It often loses connection for 1-2 minutes every hour or so. It was good when it worked. * Gym was non-existent. It had 2 running machine and a few dumbbells with 10kg being the heaviest. * The pool only has 4 sunbeds without any ways to cover the sun. The hotel was great otherwise. Room was decent and clean. The elevator wait was short. And the service people were great.

We booked 2 Executive King Rooms at a very affordable price. Rooms are relatively big and clean, equipped with smart TV showing YouTube and many Asian channels. Hotel staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially Multitasking Man "Junior". Try the hotel transfer to/from airport, which costs only 350 baht, and likely Mr Junior would be the driver. As per other's reviews, it is true that the shower water pressure is pretty strong with reasonably big shower area. Location is just not far away from Maya Shopping Mall, and One Nimman is within slow walk of not more than 10 minutes. With that, it is not noisy during bedtime which is good.. Not forgetting the floor top swimming pool has an amazing view of the mountains. It is beautiful when lighted up at night. It has also a jacuzzi pool by one corner. The shortfall will be its breakfast buffet. Honestly, not much choices and doesn't look appetizing at all. There are many other simple food choices nearby at a lower price. Overall, we will definitely book this hotel again on our subsequent visit to Chiang Mai.

Location is fantastic... Near to the Maya shopping centre and plenty of cafes, restaurants and local eateries. Room is well cleaned and staff are very friendly - they readily agreed to a late check out for us. The room layout is a bit weird as it is not your traditional rectangular shape, and some may find the bathroom rather cramped (you will get used to it after a while). Still, it is excellent value for money given the location and room condition. Ideal for anyone looking to explore Chiang Mai!

We recently stayed at Stay with Nimman in Chiang Mai and was compelled to leave a review due to the disappointing experience. Initially attracted by the promising online photos and the seemingly premium feel of the lobby, the reality was a letdown. Our room, labeled as "Deluxe", offered a view of an old, dilapidated building, and the furniture within was noticeably worn and damaged. Upon expressing our concerns to the staff, the response was dismissive, indicating that this was the standard for their 'premium' rooms. The amenities, too, were underwhelming. The pool was not only tiny but also had just two sun loungers, which is inadequate for a hotel of this size. The gym resembled more of a storeroom with a few pieces of equipment, most of which were out of order, and the weights seemed neglected and dirty. Breakfast was another letdown, significantly subpar compared to other hotels in the same category. The only redeeming quality was the hotel's location in a trendy area of the city. Despite the potential the hotel showed online, our experience was far from premium. We had planned to stay for a week but decided to leave after just one night. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its services for future guests.

Nimman is a great area to stay, lots of restaurants and food options in the area for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is great - good location, room is spacious with all the amenities you need, service is friendly. Only down side is the strange design, as mentioned by many others. There is no door to the bathroom/toilet area. The toilet and shower areas have a glass door but it's not a full door (it doesn't reach all the way to the ceiling. I imagine this must be quite inconvenient and awkward for travel companions. Also, there are so many switches but the location of the switches are in very weird places we keep getting them wrong. There is a desk chair but no proper desk to sit (the only "desk" is the ledge below the TV but your chair would be wedge between that and the bed). Wifi was great and worked well for remote working + video calls. There was netflix on TV.
