Very beautiful hotel, close to the park and facilities. The receptionist named Dana is a very kind person who deserved not 5 stars but 10 but I am very sorry i can't give her 10, so I will definitely come back next time. Thank you

This is NOT what anyone would consider a 4 star hotel according to US or general European standards. They don't have a pool, gym, restaurant, spa or other luxuries. We had 2 rooms -one with a double bed, with barely any space to even open a suitcase or move around. The other had 2 twins - it was only slightly more spacious. Both rooms were clean, but outdated, with carpeting, & one of them had a terrible smell (we didn't complain, since it was late, we were too tired & we knew the place was fully booked) We had an easy time checking in and out at 4 am & the staff was friendly & efficient. This came up when I searched airport hotels; it's actually 15 minutes from the airport by taxi.

Not sure how this hotel got four stars. It is ridiculous. I caught a cold during my two-night stay because there is NO HEATING in the middle of October and no hot water in the shower either. When I inquired about this and complained, the receptionist said the only thing they could do is provide another blanket. Unbelievable. EDIT: Since the Hotel says I mixed it up with another one, I added photos of the view and myself from the room (number 14, first floor) in which they claim I never stayed.
