1) On the first day I checked in, we found that the room was very unclean. The mattress was old and worn, and there were a lot of other people's hairs and even a grain of dried rice under the mattress. 2) Besides, room cleaning service will not be provided daily. 3) The staff at the reception are very sincere, polite and helpful. 4) The space in the hot spring area is very limited. Everything is good after cleaning.

The room is quite big for 2 people, the room is very clean and everything you need is already there. If you bring some big suitcases, it won't be a problem here. Great location, near to the train station and public transit. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel room was very small with basic facilities. One plus point about the hotel is the public onsen located at Level 3. The hotel provides free toiletries, tea and instant coffee mix. You can choose the type of pillows at the reception floor. One thing that bothers me is that they only have one elevator and it takes ages whenever I need to use it. I felt it was an average hotel, clean but small, at a pretty good location in Ginza. The size of the room is ideal for 1 person but will become too cramp if it’s 2 person or above. Hotel staff was helpful though, thank you for assisting to forward my luggage to the next hotel at a fee.

The staff is wounderful and the hotel is with a greate value. Our check-in and check-out process are smooth. Location is very good, just next to a subway station exit. I wish to give the five stars to room at first, however, the toilet is a bit small. I suggest the bath can be changed to be just a shower. The reason I took one star out. We knew that weakiness of room when we book the room. Lastly, I wish to say thank you to the hotel staff again. We won't have a wounderful 10-day stay without them
