We stayed there for 3 nights. There was NO internet during our whole stay due to technical issues. Towels delivered to our room had holes in them. Breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel. Last day they woke us up at 6.30 AM to move our car, although we have warned them to move it beforehand if necessary. Experience was very far away from 4 star hotel.

Location is convenient but there are many street sellers of second hand stuff and the streets are not particularly clean. The hotel is quite old but the rooms are clean and spacious. The apartment was fully equipped.

The rooms are absolutely great. Lots of space and amenities. Breakfast to your room is a great touch. Allows you to have your meal in peace and get ready to face the day without having to worry about others. The hotel is located in a very busy area and if you aren't used to bustling crowds or don't do well in a location that is touristy, then I suggest somewhere else. But as far as the value and amenities provided, it's great. If you have a car ask them for parking around the back. They'll even drive it there for you. Bus stop is literally right outside which will get you to konak square within 15 mins on most trips. Otherwise it's a 20-30 minute walk. Oh, last thing, Izmir is crazy busy and the road etiquette seems to be more reminiscent of Asia. Pedestrians and drivers do respond to the horn so get ready to use it - and don't bother to make it sound polite. Happy I chose the hotel and turkey is a beautiful country with people that are open and friendly - generally speaking. City people be City people so be warned.
