A fantastic hotel, great location and terrific service. I stayed recently and enjoyed it immensely. The location is incredible, right in Trafalgar Square, the literal geographic centre of London. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern and stylish, you feel you are getting what you pay for. But the rooms are what makes it, and that is ultimately what you stay at a hotel for! They are large and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom offers a great shower to wake you up in the morning, overall just a nice space to spend time. I would recommend a stay if you are travelling to London.

Booked the night to celebrate our daughter’s birthday in London. Lidia and the guest services team were fantastic with a little surprise in the room on check-in, and also with keeping us updated regards tube strikes etc. Mainly booked this hotel because of previous great Hilton experiences, the central location and the double queen beds- not many hotels have this and given it was a treat for my daughter I wanted her to have a big bed too. The bathroom was fantastic with a nice big bath and luxurious soaps - so a hit with my wife too! Every colleague we met went above and beyond to be polite and gave first class service. Breakfast was lovely with great views from the rooftop of Trafalgar Square. Would heartily recommend!

We recently booked a one-night stay to celebrate our daughter's birthday at your hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful and creative cupcake and card we received. The cupcake was not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly delicious. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, and the rooftop bar offered a stunning night view of central London and the London Eye. The breakfast left a lasting impression with its delicious offerings, contributing to a memorable experience for both me and my daughter. However, there were a couple of downsides that I feel are worth mentioning. Firstly, the bathroom had some limescale, and to our surprise, when we pulled back the curtain, we found a full tube of toothpaste left behind by a previous guest. It was a bit off-putting. Additionally, despite being a hilton honor team member with a 12:00 PM check-out , I was disturbed when housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:50 AM. This was quite unexpected and slightly inconvenient. It seems that there might be room for improvement within the housekeeping team in terms of communication. Despite these minor issues, I want to emphasize that overall, we had a positive experience and would choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday celebration special.

The Location of the Hotel is just spectacular, in the heart of Central London, the service provided by the receptionist was impeccable and very professional! Amazingly well decorated with all the details making you feel once you cross the door, you enter a tranquil and chic environment forgotten all the city bustle. I hardly recommend visiting the rooftop as it has one of the best views of Trafalgar Square. The room and amenities provided are just exceptional. Without any doubt, I will come back to this property!

The location is central but situated on a corner that protects you from the crowd. We enjoyed our room. It was spacious and well appointed. We had an issue with our bathroom but it was remedied quickly and we received a bowl of fresh fruit with a note of apology. We also stayed at the Westminster hotel and this is definitely my preferred hotel, especially when traveling with my kiddo.
