Very disappointed with the management of this hotel. We had 4 valuable items disappear from our room while we were out the whole day on a tour. One item was given to my wife by her grandmother. When we returned to the hotel we had been in the room for 2 minutes and 2 men entered the room without a knock or announcing themselves and when they saw me they were spooked and rushed out. Management said that they didn’t see anything suspicious in the camera recording but insinuated that they would reimburse us up to the amount of our stay or that the insurance would help us. It turns out they were just waiting for us to leave so we could see their real intention to ignore us. Now we have given up and are not expecting any reimbursement at all. The Managers staff tone changed as soon as we left Venice. Beware of this hotel and keep your valuables with you at all times. Very sad experience.

I recently stayed at the Venice Venice Hotel, and I must say, everything was truly amazing. The ambiance, design, and attention to detail were exceptional. The staff were not only sweet but also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The only minor downside was the food, which was somewhat underwhelming. However, this small hiccup did not overshadow the perfect experience I had otherwise. I'm already looking forward to coming back again in the future.

A very very very good hotel Might be the best hotel i've stayed at. Venice Venice Hotel is what 5 star hotels used to be but sadly many are no longer. They are excellent with the details. The very small ones which make a 5star hotel. For example the design is incredible. Mix of old and new. It was a former palace converted into a hotel. The staff will tell you that because they are trained to know that. Small detail. The design is beautiful. But it's real design. It doesn't just look good it works well. There are little dials to control lighting, music, art (i never used this one) and the heating. Small details again. All wires are hidden and there are buttons to control almost everything including the lights and the toilet. The staff are genuinely (which is rare) very friendly and helpful and dressed in a very chic and understated way. The food is incredible and they provide a box full of all the ingredients of your meal. The crowd in the restaurant is a mixture of chic business, fashion, design types and the guests. The restaurant also overlooks the water which is beautiful. The fact they are one the font cover of this months The Aficionados magazine says it all. Many 5 star hotels just look good. It's all surface level with design, service, food. Venice Venice is the real deal. If you love design and have high taste levels this is the hotel for you. Only a few hotels in Paris and South of France have reached this level of excellence. I had a wonderful time at my first Bienalle. Thanks to my hosts at the Venice Venice Hotel :)

Great location in Venice. The hotel newly refurbished rooms & restaurant have been nicely done & executed so beautifully. Also great staff at the service of the guests. The hotel is full of art, concepts & installations as well. Some of this art is beautiful while some is not. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and after a long day of walking in Venice, it's a great place to come back to rest.
