Exceeded our expectations—which were already high given the positive reviews! We were very comfortable in our room and slept well. The gym is probably the best I’ve seen in a hotel with various machines and free weights. We began each day with their exceptional breakfast. Staff members always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Oslo.

If I could give this hotel a higher rating, I would. We had super high expectations going in because of the great reviews, and we were still beyond impressed. When we checked in, we were given the option for room location (street side/louder vs. courtyard/quieter). We chose quieter and it was very nice and quiet, no issues with noise (which I read in some other reviews). Now of course what everyone is here for, the breakfast. I am a huge foodie, and this buffet did NOT disappoint. There were options for everyone, from sweet to salty and everywhere in between. So many touches that just took it above and beyond. The staff at breakfast and just at the hotel overall is so friendly, always greeting you with a smile. Finally, the lounge! There is a lounge on the top floor (I think) where there is free coffee, tea, and trail mix. We spent a lot of time just relaxing there, also ate takeout there multiple times. We were shocked that there weren’t more people taking advantage of this space. Also, the location of this hotel is great. We did not need to take public transport anywhere, it is located nicely in Sentrum so you can walk just about everywhere you’d want to go touring around Oslo. Overall, could not recommend this hotel enough.

One of the best hotels I have ever been. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Incredibly nice and smiling staff, delicious food, coffee,tea and energetic and healthy smoothie at your disposal every day

The hotel and staff are wonderful and there is a fantastic breakfast included, with many different options. However we were very close to the street and the two bars are open until 3:30 a.m. everyday making it difficult to sleep until after closing. We went out and invested in ear plugs, however it was still noisy. When checking-in ask to be placed away from the bar side and higher up if you struggle with noise. We used the valet parking and it was very convenient.

This hotel is probably the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It is centrally located and is only a 10 minute walk from the National Theatre station. From the moment we walked in, the reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a standard room which was clean and well equipped. The hotel WiFi is very good and we had great reception and bandwidth throughout. There is a lounge for the use of guests on the 8th floor which has tea and coffee available, all included in your room rate. The breakfast is outstanding! Loads of choice of good quality ingredients, both hot and cold. The scrambled eggs were superb, way better than I’ve had at most other hotels. All in all, a great hotel in a good location with superb, helpful and friendly staff. We’ll be back!
