The rooms are small but got everything you need. There's no room cleaning, only limited room service available, I.e. replacing towels. They won't clean the rooms for you. You get some free amenities refill at the lobby but cream need extra fee. Fair to enough for short stay for 3-4 days. Location wise it's convenient to the shopping street and underground station/underground streets. Good selection of restaurants nearby.

This location was great for the snow festival, located between Odori and Susukino stations. We stayed in a premier twin room, which was a comfortable size (I think the regular room would be too small for my preference). They also have a few room types bigger than the premier size available. Water pressure in the bathroom was good, AC/heating worked well. Their staff is pleasant and helpful, English speaking staff available at all times. Washer/dryer in the room with free soap was a plus. We would definitely stay again.

Great hotel with washer/dryer combo in every unit. Makes a big difference for a traveler that packs light. Room is also equipped with a hot plate and utensils for cooking a simple meal. Room is quiet and is centrally located in Sapporo. Check in was easy and they have free coffee in the lobby as well. Overall a great stay and I highly recommend it!
