Really nice stay here! Staff were friendly, welcoming, and understanding - many thanks to them. Superior twin room we booked was the perfect size for a couple. Bathrooms were particularly nice and modern. Having a small washing machine was an unexpected plus as well given our longer journey in Japan. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable stay at this hotel with its own washer/ dryer in the room. I could access Netflix and youtube on the smart TV and the view was actually quite nice from the balcony. Staff were friendly and you could grab your amenities from the lobby. Opposite was a 24hr supermarket that you could easily grab some snacks from. Location's really good with shibuya station just a couple of minutes walk away.

I need to review this immediately. Ours is the one at Shibuya. This hotel is so amazing! Super clean, super well equipped. They have everything for my sanity and more! Washer dryer with nice Kao detergent. Deodorizer spray, dish detergent with a new sponge, fully stocked shower/bath. Squeaky squeaky clean. So much seating area for eating/work desk space.
