I have been to Turkey many times and had the opportunity to stay in many hotels, but I have never stayed in such a quality and comfortable place and in an area close to everywhere. It was the first time, but it will not be the last. I would like to thank Mr. Cengiz, who did not spare his help from the first moment I arrived to the last moment. I hope you continue

Had a pleasant stay for a night. The hotel is brand new so all were sparkling and pristine clean. It also says about maintenance which is done seriously. The amenities are just apt. Front desk staffs are efficient and courteous. The restaurant serves decent breakfast. The location is back opposite to metro station and right on the bazaar streets.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ramada in Umraniye, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. This was my first time in Türkiye (from Australia) and staying here has contributed to a very memorable holiday. I was catered for a looked after by Engin and Hasene each morning for breakfast, and as a non-turkish speaking tourist it was a very nice comfort to have them both being so kind. All the staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to assist you in any way that they can. The room was very nice, and was cleaned immaculately each day. The location of the hotel is very central to everything you need. Supermarkets, ATMs, trains/buses/taxis are all within 100m. I really enjoyed my stay, thank you to all of the staff, and I look forward to coming back one day iA. Myles

First stay in this hotel. İt is very centrally located. The shopping area of Ümraniye is around the corner. At about 100 meters there is a subway station. In 15 a 20 minutes you can get to Üsküdar, where you can take the boat or marmaray to the european side of istanbul. The hotel itself and the staff are great. I try to visit İstanbul every year. This is my new favorite hotel!
