This hotel did not meet our expectations for the price. The room and furniture needed work. It wasn't clean, it was cold upon arrival, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work and we had limited to no hot water during our stay. 2 cold showers and no point to the jacuzzi tub because the water was barely warm. The blinds and furniture were filthy and stained. In the room, it said check out was 12pm. Our room keys were deactivated at 11am. One of the hot tubs was out of service in the pool area, and the other one was barely warm. Front desk staff were polite enough but didn't seem to care about our concerns. Oh, and if you want a bag of chips from the gift shop, it will cost you $12. I get that it's a tourist area, but really? The location relative to the falls and the casino was great. Nice to not have to go outside to get to the casino, galleria, and stages.

We stayed here for two nights and I might be back next time I'm going to the casino. It's a pretty standard hotel, nothing special and nothing horrible, just a couple minor inconveniences. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Since we spent all our time in the casino complex and only went back to go to sleep, having a comfy bed is very important. The best thing about staying here is the location, you don't have to step outside to get to the casino, just take a quick walk across an indoor bridge. Now the inconveniences. They use those wall mounted heaters/AC units and ours was loud. At the end of the night I tried to watch some TV before passing out and for some reason the cable wasn't working at 3am I wasn't going to call the front desk. We asked for glasses so we could make a couple of drinks and all they had were plastic cups, they should have glasses. Take from this what you will. I'll probably be back just to give them a second try. If the heater issue is the same, then I might not be back.

The rooms were very nice. However, we had to change rooms because of a plumbing issue, but it was a smooth process. The service could be better, in my opinion. I called several times to follow up about a request and everyone who answered the phone had a different response to my question. I eventually gave up. I just think proper training and transparency could have fixed that. But I will definitely stay here again. The location is amazing! You could walk through the tunnel to the casino, the falls, and many other lovely places. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here.

I had a 'deluxe room' with 'city views'. The view we had was a small window looking out at a parking garage across the street. The room was dark and not at all what would be considered 'delux'. Our friends had a basic room and they had a view across the city with two large windows. The king bed was comfortable in the room. The shower had mold along all of the grout on the floor and some on the wall. We come to this area every year at this time and had a better stay last year in the Hilton.

Stayed for two nights over a weekend. Check in was a breeze. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was nice. Bed was soft and comfortable. Had an issue the second night with a loud party next door. Let front desk know and asked to be moved. They agreed and was moved to another room for the second night. Unfortunately it happens sometimes but the staff were accommodating. Location is amazing. Skybridge to the casino so you don't even need to step outside. Many places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall would return.
