ICICI Bank Netbanking Offer on International Hotels Booking

Terms and Conditions

1. This offer will only be applicable on the transactions made via ICICI net-banking.
2. This offer is valid till 30th June,2024 ending 23:59 Hrs.
3. Instant discount shall be provided to the customer at the time of booking.
4. The transaction or the spends should only pertain to expenses on hotel booking category as categorized by ADLPL/Adani One on the Adani Digital platform (app / website) only.
5. This offer will be applicable every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the offer period for transaction through Net-banking only.
6. The offer is valid one per promo per card per month using the offer code. A user will be able to book one domestic hotel & one international hotel using single Adani One loyalty ID in a month.
7. Images provided in promotions are only for pictorial representation and ICICI Bank does not undertake any liability or responsibility for the same.
8. Instant discount will be calculated on total hotel fare which is Base + Tax (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees).
9. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of ICICI Bank, including offers from individual brands.
10. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, ADLPL/Adani One reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers.
11. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria: ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the ICICI Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the net banking user.
12. ADLPL/Adani One reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
13. In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the ICICI Bank shall be final and binding.
14. By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
15. Participation in this offer is voluntary.
16. In case a customer pays through reward points partly for the order, customer shall be eligible to get the benefit of Instant discount only if the ‘Paid amount through net banking + value of Discount availed’ is greater than or equal to the minimum transaction value applicable for the particular offer.
17. Convenience fee will be charged as per the applicability.
18. The offer can't be clubbed with any other promotional offer.
19. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective supplier.
20. In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
21. If the customer cancels the hotel booking after the discount amount is availed, ADLPL/Adani One will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
22. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the rate/booking amount difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
23. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-renewable, non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
24. In case of cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.
25. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and ADLPL/Adani One is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of service from the supplier’s end.
26. Any dispute or claim regarding the discount, delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, or quality of product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the net banking user directly to the merchant establishment. Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services etc availed by the net banking user/s under the said offer and final decision shall be with ADLPL/Adani One.
27. ICICI Bank & service provider reserves the right to disqualify the user/s from the benefits of the offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said offer.
