Terms and Conditions

1. Use Code ‘ADANIBUS’ to get 5% off on booking amount on your bus ticket booking upto a maximum of INR 50/- on Adani One on a minimum booking value of INR 200/-.
2. The offer will only be applicable on all transactions on bus ticket booking on the Adani One platform.
3. This offer is valid for bookings made from 4th April 2024 from 00:01 hrs until 23:59 hrs 13th April 2024.
4. Instant discount shall be provided at the time of booking.
5. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer available on Adani One platform.
6. The transaction or the spending should only pertain to bus ticket booking category as categorized on Adani One only.
7. The terms and conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Adani One Platform. Participation in this offer is voluntary and by participating in the offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the use of the Adani One Platform.
8. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by you, we reserves the right to deny the offer.
9. Adani One reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
10. All the tickets/bookings made by the Customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the bus Service Provider.
11. In case of booking cancellation on transaction, Adani One will deduct the offer discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply as per the cancellation policy of the bus operator.
12. In case of full cancellation of transaction, the offer stands void. Partial cancellation and modification is not possible.
13. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-renewable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
14. ADL’s decision on all matters relating to the offer shall be final.
15. ADL reserves the rights to discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice.
16. By opting for this offer, you expressly agree that neither ADL/Adani One nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such discount that arises from such customer’s own act of omission or commission.
17. Adani One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
18. In case of cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.
19. Any dispute or claim regarding the Campaign must be resolved with us directly, and Customers can connect with us as per the Grievance Policy.
20. ADL is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
21. ADL shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the offer. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
