and then aged in ex bourbon casks for 19 weeks before being bottled at 48 percent ABV without chill filtration or added colouring. On the nose it offers aromas of sweet smoke, honeycomb and heather while on the palate there are notes of smoky bacon, vanilla and dried fruits leading to a long finish with hints of spice and oak woodsmoke.
