Enjoy free Wi-Fi service at CSMIA. Simply follow the steps to start surfing.

• Select # FreeWiFiByAirport
• You will be redirected to your browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome, etc.) and key-in a valid website address to access the login page.
• Select either ‘Free Wi-Fi’ or ‘Premium Wi-Fi access’.
  (Note: For Wi-Fi access, you will require a local/ roaming number.)
• Next, input the password obtained via the following method:



Mobile Phone

• Enter your mobile number on the Wi-Fi login page to receive a One-Time-Password (OTP) via SMS.
• Key-in the OTP in your browser to begin surfing.



*Mobile number needs to be an active phone number on which you can receive text message.




Free Wi-Fi access for passengers without a SIM card or without international roaming facility.

• You can use Wi-Fi by seeking assistance at the information desks.
• After scanning documents viz. passport (international passengers), or driving license, or PAN card, or Aadhar Card, etc. (domestic passengers). This is a mandatory requirement from Department of Telecommunication (DoT) guidelines are available at all information desks.
• Input the password in the login page to begin surfing.
• Wi-Fi KIOSK is also available at Boarding Gate 67 and International arrival area.

Please note that you can switch to paid Wi-Fi at nominal charges, before the expiry of the complimentary Wi-Fi, by making an online payment.
