Refundable fares typically allow for full or partial refunds, depending on the airline's policy and the timing of the cancellation. Some airlines may charge a fee for processing a refund, while others may offer free refunds within a certain time frame.

Payments & Refunds on Adani One 

Adani One accepts payments for flight bookings via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, wallet and net banking. Currently, Adani One does not accept payment in foreign currencies. 

For refunds there are 3 cases: - 

You wish to cancel your flight via Adani One 
- Log in to your account on the Adani One website or app 
- Go to Orders/Bookings 
- Select the booking you want to cancel 
- Select the passenger(s) you want to cancel the booking for 
- Hit ‘Cancel’ to confirm your cancellation 
In this case, based on the time of cancellation and the airline’s cancellation policy, you will receive the refund you are entitled to in the source of payment you used while booking. The refund should reflect in your source within 10 business days from the date of cancellation, in some cases it might take slightly longer, depending on the bank. 
You cancel your flight by contacting the airline
In this case, once you have cancelled the flight by contacting your airline, follow the above mentioned steps to cancel the booking on the Adani One platform as well. The refund policy in this case is the same as mentioned above in case 1.   
The airline cancels the flight
IIn this case, please cancel your booking on the Adani One platform, following the steps listed above. In cases like this, you are mostly entitled to a full refund which should reflect in your source of payment used for booking within 10 business days from the day of cancellation on the platform.
