Very disappointing, and nothing like the pics online. Shabby and uncomfortable room, tiny window, aircon fan and tv not working, kettle broken. Restaurant is permanently closed, and I saw no spa. Common areas are dusty. Staff are welcoming, which makes the unkempt state of the hotel all the more surprising. There are much better places close by.

Located in the city centre but accessible roads are very narrow and no parking facilities available but staffs are very humble are polite gave us the best deal when requested for a short stay for overnight. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Location: It's in the heart of the city, but the lane is narrow. No parking facility. Service: Good service, attentive staff. No facility to pay by card. Rooms: Lots to improve on cleanliness. Broken furniture, AC remote doesn't work, Bathrooms aren't clean. Beds are comfortable, Hot water was available. But hot water is only from solar power, hence cold days hot water not sure. Recommendation: Don't recommend the hotel
