Few issues with our room: Room floor had weird dirty spots on it Automatic light in toilet that you can't turn off is annoying when you want to go during the night It's also weird to see the cleaning staff walk through the pool when you're using the sauna with big glass doors facing them. I understand that they cant really go anywhere else due to the 'two towers' layout. No convenient place to hang coats or towels in room - only one knob, which is reserved for the towel for coming out of the shower Breakfast bit disappointing, no vegan dairy and no bacon (but they had English sausages) Nice location and friendly staff though. Sauna was good as well. Perfect for one night if you need to catch a train the day after.

This was a great stay while on my honeymoon. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was tasty, and it was a few minutes away from the train station, but still close to the lake. Free coffee and tea. They let us keep our luggage there after we checked out. Note: walls were a little thin, so bring earplugs; elevator was small; shower is glass and see through, which was great for our honeymoon but families might find this awkward.

Stayed two nights during the week. The hotel was not busy so it was a relaxing visit. Staff were outstanding, pleasant and efficient. The breakfast was worth the fee, considering the cost of a simple breakfast in Switzerland. Hotel is close to the Geneva train station (5-7m walk). It is in a diverse area, so you can find a variety of cuisine within walking distance. Only a ten minute walk to the lake, which is beautiful. The room was to be expected for a European hotel, small but functional and worked perfectly for me and my partner.

Although the rooms are quite small they are nicely designed and comfortable enough. An excellent breakfast is available and the service was very friendly and helpful. Also very family friendly. The swimming pool - although also small - is well designed and there’s a lovely hot tub. It’s hard to find decent hotels in Geneva that aren’t extortionate so would definitely recommend.
