Very nice. Staff helpful with hot water, arranging taxi and direction. Very close to night market on the river, which is massive. Great price.

We booked for five nights, the host was very friendly and helpful. Always able to help with questions and booking tours. The showers were great, finally somewhere with good water pressure! The place is clean and tidy but needs a lot of work. We had to move to another accommodation due to works being carried out on the roof. The host arranged everything but it was still annoying to have to pack all our bags and wonder where we were going to end up...it worked out OK in the end as the new accommodation was wonderful! Be aware that this place is considered remote and it will cost you around 100k by taxi to get to and from Hoi An. Bikes and Scooters are available to rent. There's also not much in the way of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a couple of minimarts very close to the villa. Final note, while this is out of the hustle and bustle of the city it is by no means quiet. The noise starts very early and sometimes very loud.

My boyfriend an I spent 2,5 months renting 2 rooms: one as a bedroom and the other as an office space. The host, Hoa, helped finding a desk to facilitate a working space and she was always very helpful to us during our stay. It was a perfect location to get to know the vietnamese culture and to scape from the business of the center. We had the opportunity to cook ourselves or even with Hoa, from whom I've learned a lot. Sometimes we also got invited to a few dinners and karaoke as a welcome party. A great experience that we will never forget. We have our vietnamese family for when we come back to Vietnam. Very sweet people and great house with beautiful views, even while you're showering 😆
