Aksara Heritage is well located within the old city area. Close to all the amenities and good access to the roads out of old city to the rural points of interest. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The breakfast is included and has a good buffet selection in addition to egg selection menu. Rooms have a range of snacks and drinks complimentary. Looking for an excellent coffee shop. Akka AMA further down the same road is excellent by western standards.

Located in the heart of Old Town, Aksara hotel is the perfect place to stay if you want to be near all the fun! It is next door to an ex-inmate massage parlor, around the corner from the west gate and night walking, and just down the street from the Muay Thai Boxing Stadium. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service, rooms, and food were top-notch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I normally stay at 5 stars hotels, but this time I travel with my baby on a short trip, so I decided to give it a try at Aksara Heritage because it is right in the center of Chiangmai . This hotel surprised me with everything above my expectations. The hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful. I ordered food from outside, they even put everything in dishes and serve to room with forks and spoons. The room is clean and I love extra high ceiling on third floor. They have baby cot well prepared and the room was ready at 12:00 (2 hours before check in time). Wifi is free without having to put password and they serve unlimited water bottles and snacks. I love this hotel and definitely gonna come back.
