We stayed at this hotel in late November of 2023. The location is excellent and I don't have too many complaints about the rooms. They were a little small, but not bad (not as small as the ones in the hotel where we stayed in Germany). The beds were comfortable. I think one bed was queen size and there was something like a little sofa bed for children. The room was clean. The weather was very cold outside, but the temperature in our room was good and we didn't have any complaints about that. Breakfast was available in the mornings. It was good. There was a television, and it worked. The only complaint I have is that the hotel doesn't provide irons in every room (unlike most American hotels). You have to go to the front desk and ask to use the hotel's iron. Then you have to go to another room to iron your clothes. That's not terribly convenient, but it is what it is. The hotel manager told my husband they do this because they are afraid of fires. All in all, we had a pleasant stay while we were there (about three nights) and the price was very good.

Lovely location, lovely staff. I did enjoy every minute spent there. Clean room and helpful staff. Easy access to the buses, supermarkets (spar) and the center with walking distance. Thank you so much for your help for my needs. Greattttt breakfast!!! 🤣

The accommodation here is clean and comfortable, and quite, not unlike a UK Premier Inn. There is a lift to floors. Reception staff very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is very good, eat as much as you want, a good selection of options. There is a community room on the ground floor where hot drinks and cold are available 24/7. There is also a microwave should you need to warm food. There is also a vending machine in the community room. There is a bar with a very limited selection, but you are very close to lots of drinks venues and restaurants, literally 3 minutes max before you start finding options. You are five minutes walk to the bridge taking you over to the main tourist attractions and old town. There is also a small taxi rank directly outside the front door should you require one. Would I book again, certainly and will refer friends. Value for money? Yes I think so. Close to good restaurants? Yes, Die Weiss (Austrian) five minutes walk. About five minutes from a Croatian and a Peruvian Restaurant both offering good eating experience. Suggest you Google reviews.

Warmly recommended and would definitely come back! The staff was welcoming, polite, friendly, and helpful - the receptionists, the maids, and the breakfast staff. Building and room clean and pleasant design. Our room on the 4th floor had a balcony. The street at night was so quiet that we were able to sleep with open windows. Lovely breakfast. Great location. The parking at the garage a few meters away was easy. There is even a 24/7 tea & coffee area, including a microwave and cutlery. We (2 persons) came at the end of October and stayed for 4 nights.
