Wonderful hotel. Only odd thing in the visit was we had to check in at the neighboring hotel. Also no walls on the elevator so you need to keep to one side.

This hotel has double rooms only towards the street which is VERY noisy until late night (3-4 AM) since it is a party location. Since there is no AC in the rooms one wants to keep the windows open which is impossible due to the noise. They offered us another (triple) room for an extra 170 CHF per night, i. e. the rate would have been appr. 420 CHF in total per night. MUCH too much for such a hotel. We will definitely NOT stay in this hotel again and cannot recommend it at all.

Centrally located. Spacious room & well-equipped. The hotel even provided a pair of noise-cancelling headphones

The hotel itself is a building in old but suitable condition. Rooms are clean. No air-conditioning. Fan for cooling. However in the evening noise becomes an issue. Reason is the street side located bar below. In summertime not the most convenient location to be. Pricing I guess that is okay due to near center location to train and city? Service wasn't really looking into it therefore unable to judge.
