Absolutely amazing! I think their key strength lies in their staff. I only know Robert's name, but the others are also very helpful. The facility is highly recommended. The chef also works magic.

First and foremost I would like to thank all of the staff. Cambodia can be difficult for people in wheelchairs, and they made sure to go above and beyond to help my wife who is currently in one. The staff is kind, attentive, and are always willing to help. They are well prepared and work with us. The accommodation is wonderful. The room is clean, organized, well equipped, and also there is stairs and elevator access to all of the floors. The location is in a great part of town, there is some construction going on, but that is to be expected in Phnom Penh. There are shops, restaurants, and everything you need within walking distance of the hotel entrance. I would highly recommend Anik Boutique Hotel and Spa to anybody looking for a quality place to relax, explore, and have a positive experience while staying in Phnom Penh. Thank you to all of the staff at Anik!

Nice hotel well located in Phnom Penh. Despite its location on a busy street, the hotel is quiet. The reception lacks a cosy setting and the dining room is next to the reception. Their swimming pool is ok but the spa lacked in quality: the steam bath smelt of mold and the jacuzzis were not so warm (I also had doubts about the cleanliness of the place). Only the sauna area was good. The room was huge and clean. Breakfast was ok - not much choice but quality was good enough. The personnel of the hotel was really nice, professional and helpful.

One of the best advantages of this hotel was the spa (2 jacuzzi, 1 sauna and 1 hammam) besides the swimming pool. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, but sometimes a little bit long to be served. As customers, we enjoyed discounts for the delicious meals at the restaurant and at the coffee shop next to the hotel (-30%), which was really nice. The hotel was well located, in the centre of the city. Some negative comments: the walls in the room weren't clean, nor thick (we could hear our neighbours from the bathroom) and the costs to make a laundry were really high. We are mostly satisfied with our stay in this hotel.
