Terrible client treatment! No chance to speak with reception manager. Phone didn’t work. We asked to have a tour, but stuff is not interested. Why I should pay for this hotel, if other hotels much more welcoming? UPD: It's great, that you replied to me after 5 days. Five days ago I visited 6 hotels in the area, had a tour, picked up one for this time and had an excellent experience with another hotel. I have to say, that my privacy during my stay at another hotel was completely safe, however, the staff was friendly and showed me the hotel before my decision. Meanwhile at the same day I asked your “entrance boy” to contact me with a reception, and he said that nobody wants to speak with me. Really? Reception don't want to speak with a client?!

VERY ANNOYING RESERVATION TEAM! My partner called in December to check if cats are allowed, and they said yes. Then in January, I called again and they said yes as long as the cat is under 10kg, not alone in room, and is in a cat bag when visiting restaurants. Just after we booked my partner called a third time to double check and they said NO cat. VERY ANNOYING!! After all the time and effort we put on searching hotels. The reservations team seem to not no all information. Very bad communication. The person who said yes twice was a man and the person who said no was a woman. Please teach your team the Pet Policy!!!

The hotel seriously overrated and overpriced. In general it looks a bit tired and desperately needs some TLC and maintenance . The sun loungers and parasols badly need replaced as many of them are broken and in a poor state. The rooms are a little disappointing also for a 5 star hotel and the outdoor pool areas as not anywhere near as good as the photos would suggest. The only positives is that the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was very good. Overall a nice hotel but definitely not worthy of a 5 star rating in our opinion. There are much better 5* luxury hotels in Tenerife for the money this hotel charges. Very disappointing.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and it was amazing. However, for a 5 star hotel, their service in terms of simply answering the phone and taking up to 48 hours to answer a reservation enquiry email is shockingly poor. I have called 4 times and the phone just rings out... Obviously they have enough business that treating prospective customers like this doesn't impact them, but this is not 5 star treatment, and that is something I'll remember when I'm back there in December.

Such an amazing place with every facility you can think of. The service is great with a whole bunch of courteous staff. Yummy food with authentic options from world over. Beautiful views. Wide range of fun activities every day and night. Room service is terrific and pleasantly surprising every time 😉 Has wonderful sea water and thermal pools! And the beach is so accessible. The only improvement points were the cockroaches that we spotted in the room and the small noise that the fan in the room made.
