Noisy. They gave us the end room nearest the freeway, which is right beside the building. Loud traffic noise all night. The room was fitted with one bath towel, obviously not adequate for two guests. The breakfast? Atrocious, at best. Poor selection of remnants of what might have been scrambled eggs, watery ham, cold coffee and sour coffee cream.

The location was great for me. However, the noise from I17 is terrible. Sounds as if I am sitting by the cars. Loud ALL night. Pick an odd number room on the other side. They charge you a $100 damage charge immediately that you should get back within 10 days. I don't agree with these practices. The room is nice. I had to request another soap so that I could have 1 at the sink and 1 in the shower. The towels are very thin.

We first arrived, front desk lady wasn't there, and when she did come out wasnt very enthusiastic or welcoming. Rooms are a little dated. Our rooms had some wall corners damaged and chips in walls that could have easily been fixed and painted. Drain stop missing from sink. I'm not in the hotel business, but you would think it would be housekeepings job to report it and have it fixed ASAP. It's an easy fix.. Don't get excited over free breakfast. There were no eggs, I sat here and ate a bagel, and I witnessed so many people come in here and look at the breakfast and say, "No eggs." it was hilarious. The potatoes and sausage were cold. Oh, I almost forgot, bring your own ironing board. I've read some of the responses from the hotel on here. The hotel will criticize people on their punctuation from reviews instead of just addressing the issue, very unprofessional. They also mention they can't find a person who left a review as being a guest in their hotel. Obviously, they don't realize your wife, husband, or friend could have been the one renting the room in their name.

My family and I loved everything about our stay at this fantastic hotel! The entire process from check in, to room service, breakfast, amenities, customer service were exceptional. The staff was more then accommodating to my families need and always greeted us with a contagious smile. The location was also great for local hikes and centrally located to get you to the airport, Scottsdale, and State Farm stadium! Will definitely be back and recommend to my peers 😊

I travel for business often as a recruiter for large firms. As such I have stayed in many hotels. When I am tired I know I can be demanding. My most recent stay was at this hotel. I feel so sorry for the night guy. I complained, he smiled and accommodated me politely, I requested more towels, more amenities, asked for wake up calls...in short, I ran this guy ragged, nonstop and all he did was smile. I think I may have to recruit him for one of my business clients. Imagine a professional that actually know their job and does it without complaints. The staff was nice but that one young guy really took his job and the reputation of this hotel seriously.
