I was on a business trip so it served my needs. A little farther from midtown that I prefer and with traffic sometimes took a little longer to get where I needed to go, but not a bad compromise for the price paid. The Black Canyon Hwy is right outside and it gets very noisy, but inside it's muffled enough that it didn't bother me. If you want to go for a walk, you can go around the block taking about a half hour. The Sheraton Cresent nearby is now abandoned and getting ready to be razed. They serve the standard SHS breakfast every morning, although I didn't think they were very attentive running out of coffee and other items at times. They did replace them after mentioning it though. Also, there are ample restaurants nearby. Even shopping and entertainment. So all together it's a pretty good deal. The Courtyard next door is doing some renovations and I may try them next time.

This hotel is a dump. Street people and zombie all over. Rooms are old. No soap or lotion etc in the room and super noisy. Had to sit and wait a while to check in. I wouldn’t have bothered to write this review but to add insult to injury not only was I charged to park in their lot which wasn’t secure and had people drinking in it, they double charged me for parking. Plus a little water was $4. Just petty for such a low rent establishment.

Not worthy of Marriott brand. Rooms were dingy, sink was broken, lamp switch didn't work. Hallway and elevator stunk of cigarette smoke. Even permeated to the room. Worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at after 400+ nights. Super disappointed they would allow this under their banner.

We went to one hotel that was a little sketchy but then found this one to replace and I was not disappointed. The price is decent and the room are really nice. The beds are comfortable and big plus the rooms are spacious. There is a little kitchen with a fridge. I loved the setup of out room. The staff was very friendly although it did get busy one night and there was only 1 staff member. There is also breakfast included at 6:30 to 9. The breakfast is amazing and they have many options. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting.
