Staff has been great. Beth the manager, works hard to maintain the safety and security of the location. She keeps the drug dealers out. She watches out for the tenants and pets and/or service animals. She can be tough but that is because she is making sure that all the tenants and staff are safe and protected. Her night staff are always friendly, respectful and available. Management also makes sure that all walkways are clean and free of debris, for those of us with disabilities. I would definitely stay again.

Beth, Vanessa and Zu were so awesome to work with! They made sure to check with us daily whether we would be extending our stay or departing so that our room wouldn’t get booked out to someone else. Beth approached us privately outside one morning to explain to us that if we booked out a month, that we would save the most amount of money and would only have to pay weekly. I felt like she was really trying to help us get the most for our money since we had been there for weeks already. Our time there was relaxing and stress free. Other guests were friendly as well. We have nothing bad to say about our time at extended stay select suites Phoenix north location!! We miss you guys!

My fiancee and i have been here for about 6 months and the only reason we're leaving is because we finally got approved for an apartment, otherwise WE WOULD STAY. Manager Beth came in shortly after we got here and cleaned the place up tremendously. They are strict about keys and access so there aren't randoms and homeless people wandering in and out. Reception was always available and super helpful and polite. Most importantly (to me), there were NO BUGS, and we were on the bottom floor. We were hotel hopping for months and landed here because you can't beat the prices and amenities offered and it was honestly a life saver for people in the position we were in. We will miss this place and the people running it!

If you enjoy open air drug use and walking over homeless when you walk out in the morning this place is for you. During my stay every night multiple people openly used drugs in the public area in front of the building. And on my last day I was able to see them remove a dead body do to a drug overdose. I decided to cut my stay short and was glad to pay the difference just to get away. Please find other occomaditons if available.
