What a great experience. The manager on staff was amazing! I forgot her name, I will have to call and find out come back and edit. I had VIP status and the treatment to match. Their breakfast was great and they keep everything stocked and fresh. The location is tucked off of the main street and is well manicured. The area has a lot to do but definitely not in the best part of town. This is absolutely a hidden gem.

Our second stay here in a year. It's convenient to our family who lives here, and easy freeway access for other activities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, and bed comfortable. Dining area for breakfast is nice. It just happened a youth soccer event was happening while we were there, so it was full of kids- a bit noisy at times, but generally ok.

Great experience. Short business trip to Phoenix. Best Western to the rescue after bad time at first hotel ( Extended Stay America Midtown) had roach infestation. BW clean, quiet, friendly staff, pool / spa, really nice breakfasts. Our new go to for business travel. Only minor down pull out beds need better mattresses. Overall practical and affordable with great staff.

Impressed withclean and spacious room, accommodating front desk and our room was near the back entrance for easy access for dog walks. Breakfast was really good. Coffee could use some improving but overall great service and our room was clean, had utensils and stuff. Anthony the receptionist was so helpful when my cousin dropped off something for me and I have not arrived to check-in. Thank you, Anthony.
