Very pleasant and safe location. Cute little kitchen. Comfortable bed. Heater worked well. Nice shower with good water pressure. Plenty of space, yet cozy. Every staff member first rate. A friendly and charming place. Loved it! Nancy Lopez

Athena Peraza she es great, she is so happy always in the breakfast room. She is a nice breakfast attendant. She gave me a great customer service.the food is delicious, and the manager melissa Felix is so nice and she would solve any problem in seconds. I really like the way she manage the place.

The shower in my room had no hot water. I had to shower with cold water for 3 days. Also, my TV did not have internet so I couldn't use Netflix, YouTube etc. I told them front desk and they sent a 20 year old guy to "check" but he couldn't do anything. They never offered me a new room.

Stayed in a two bedroom, room smelled of kitty litter, odor was very strong. Front desk clerk gave my husband some spray to use to cover up the smell. Bedding in one of the rooms had blood stains, the other bedroom's AC was hit and miss. Rooms were outdated, I wanted to check out, but didn't. This is not the Marriott standard that I am used to and rather disappointed in our stay. Although, the worst part of our stay was the breakfast. Sure, Betty is nice and all, but she clearly doesn't have her food handling license. I witnessed her drop the container of raisin, lid, and spoon on the floor. Sure enough, she picked up the spoon and put it back into the raisins and put the lid back on top and placed it back on the counter. Then the waffle maker was sticking, so I tried to clean off what I could, she came to help, then blew out the crumbs on the waffle maker and asked me if I wanted her to make me a waffle, NO thank you! If she is doing these things when people are watching, I can't imagine what she's doing in the back when preparing breakfast when no one is watching.
