Such a beautiful hotel. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. The hotel is clean, but the doors aren't too soundproof, so you might hear people closing doors or talking in the hallway. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel with excellent stuff attention. I arrived at 5am in Bogota and was able to check-in early and even get breakfast. The rooms are very spacious, stylish and clean. The area is safe to walk around and breakfast is rich. I really enjoyed my stay, also because of friendly stuff that hemped me with all my requests.

I had a great experience my first night, but I returned for one day after going to another location in Colombia. The second room had ants and the bathtub was dirty. I grabbed my luggage and went to complain and the person at the front desk was very inconsiderate and didn’t even apologize. I requested a room with a tub again and she couldn’t provide me with that, so the best she could offer me is a beverage at no cost. When I requested a water to the room, the person who was supposed to bring it never came back up after he said he would be right back. Super disappointed as I had a great first night experience and the person at the front desk on my first night was polite and super respectful. My parents also complained that the guests were super loud and there were no workers trying to keep the noise down.
