This hotel is so lovely! Its old world charm with all the modern conveniences our room was spacious and came with such a beautiful view. It’s close to everything and the staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast and coffee was also superb. Will definitely return to Salzburg and this wonderful hotel! Rosita at the front desk was wonderful as well she deserves a special mention.

This hotel is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Stylish, fabulous and the breakfast room is breathtaking. Not to mention the outstanding service. The ladies in reception in particular went over and above to help us with our lost luggage issue. We couldn't have wished for better. Outstanding, five stars if only we could give ten stars 🌟

Restaurant leaves a lot to be desired and so does room service. I got bottled orange juice and rotten fruit for breakfast in spite of paying price as extra. Prosecco was offered for my birthday but never showed up in spite of the fact that this is my second visit and I was paying for 4 rooms. Had a beautiful room according to the price paid. Next year I’ll try another hotel.

We stayed at bristol hotel for 3 nights. The most of the staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was lovely the staff serving at the breakfast were extremely kind and delightful especially Jonathan, Aumaimah and “sha” the Lovely Indian lady sadly i don’t remember her name. They were extremely helpful and sweet. However, we had an incident with the laundry service . I sent a sweater to be washed and it came back to me torn in different places big tears. When we communicated this to the receptionist she contacted the laundry place and when i talked to her she was rude and claimed i am lying and making all this up as the sweater was torn before it was washed. I would highly recommend not to wash any piece if you don’t want it to get ruined and be plaines for it. Chara at reception was nice and offered to fix it and they did. Thanx chara.
