* Decoration is nice. * Location is good. * The room smelled like vomit. Room 14, 1st floor, December 28th-31th, 2023. I got a spray to fix it myself. This antiseptic spray had a nice smell. Unfortunately the half full bottle was empty, before the smell was fully gone. We aired the room almost continuously, while we were present. The decorations in the bathroom showed such a thick layer of dust, that I think these have not been cleaned for a few years. This made me wonder about the other rooms... * Staff is further on very friendly. * Breakfast room is clean and has enough choice for a few days. * Chocolate cake at breakfast is to die for!

I am not happy with our stay. Will not go back. I added an extra star because the staff is really nice. After 26 hours non stop traveling and Finally finding the hotel there was no air conditioning. They offered a fan and I declined. They moved us to another room but we had to move back after the ac was fixed the next morning. Yea…ac worked! Got up the next morning ready for a shower…shower isn’t working! Expecting a 4 star hotel, i expected a decent bathroom. When you go potty you can brush your teeth at the same time! Lol. Picture is posted. We won’t stay here again.

I would say this is possibly the worst hotel stay I had, but it's not a question. It is in fact the single worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Even considering 1 star las Vegas motels, because at least they had hot water. Allow me to start off with the most annoying thing. There was simply no AC in our room, the room was easily 80+ throughout our entire stay. It was so hot you'd often want to take a cold shower, which was a good thing because they HAD NO HOT WATER AT ALL. And I'm not taking lukewarm water. I'm talking ice bath cold, like the Great lakes in December cold. Which was cold enough you almost would look past the black mold growing in the shower. We asked for a different room and they refused. They told us and other guests they would issue us a refund, however THIS WAS A COMPLETE LIE. They rejected our request for a refund and only offered us A DISCOUNT on another stay with them. You couldn't pay me to stay in this hotel ever again. Also never do after hours check in. They give you a video on how to unlock the electronic lock to your door, but it's not actually correct. The video they give you is to a completely different lock, and the lock is only in chinese so you have no clue what it's saying. Do not book here under any circumstances. I have no clue how this place could get such high reviews other than buying reviews.

Hygiene was ok, can't expect the room be like 4 or 5 star. At least no bed bugs, can't complain. Door lock for self entry was extremely hard to use, with the instruction given to us, still spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to unlock and lock. Did not realise there was a luggage lift untill we were checking out, but even if we had realised, we wouldn't be able to use it as it doesn't operate after 9pm. So I had to carry the luggages 3 floors up.
