We stayed 5 nights in the hotel and our experience was outstanding. We were given a very large room with a high ceiling and had fresco painting on the ceiling which made our stay very pleasant. Lighting were exceptional. We were facing the canal and was able watch the passing boats. Breakfast was first class and was able to ask for anything other than what was offered in the buffet. All the staff made a real effort to make our stay not just comfortable but also enjoyable. We would like to thank all the team and the management.

This hotel has great service, it’s about 20 mins from Rialto bridge walking but there are tons of vendors and stores all around it. The breakfast buffet definitely was lacking a bit, and if you’re on the 1st floor there is absolutely no view, but the bed was comfortable and the shower in the room was huge and amazing. Also the staff, every one of them were so kind and helpful

A beautiful hotel fronting on a canal which is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The staff, amenities and design of this hotel are all exceptional. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for an elevated hospitality experience during your stay in Venice.

My third time to Venice but by far the best experience. We traveled with two 10 year old kids and stayed in 2 Jr. suites and 1 collection room. The rooms are spacious, updated (+SUPER clean), have an amazing staff, and great location with a dock literally right in front of the property (so no dragging your luggage around Venice). Everything about this place is awesome! If you are debating between this hotel and others - choose this one. Trust me. Special callout: Divya at the front desk set the tone for our stay by going above and beyond to welcome us. The entire team is amazing.
