The service is exceptional. They made us special breakfast dish to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The spa on rooftop is amazing. Me and my husband used this and it was the best private experience we have had! Highly recommend

This is a pretty bare bones hotel for what is apparently 5*. The location was great and the service was good, but the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable that we did not particularly enjoy our stay here. Next time we’re in Lima we will likely book somewhere else to get a good nights sleep. They did have our rooms ready before check in though which was fantastic!
