What a beautiful place. Location✅. Rooms✅. Staff✅✅. Amazing views. Beautiful rooms. Right in the heart of everything, especially close to the train station and the harbour. Trams and taxi rank straight outside, you cannot ask for more. Reception staff were amazingly helpful. We will stay here again on our next visit!

Nice hotel in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Oslo central station and good tram/bus links to get around the city. Breakfast was included and was great quality and selection, staff always friendly. Only slight let down was the bed and pillows weren’t mega comfy and considering we were 10 floors up could still hear an awful lot of noise from the streets below but apart from that great stay!

Apparently the biggest hotel in Norway. Certainly the biggest breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen in my life and never felt over-crowded or lost in the floors. Friendly staff and cleanly rooms, as well as a great bar and restaurant. 5 star accommodation in the heart of Oslo.

This is our second night (8-11 December 23) in a room to floor 12. We have had no sleep due to the music coming from the bar located on floor 13. The bass is so heavy you can literally feel it in your body. It’s like being inside a nightclub. We have complained and we are told there are no alternative rooms. We’ve had to go out and buy earplugs. The staff seemed like this wasn’t news to them - not the right experience given the price. The music goes on until 2am. Additionally, the hotel is really overcrowded. Breakfast is chaos and the public spaces not enjoyable because they are so crowded. This has been a terrible choice for a birthday weekend away
