Great hotel. Everything was good- location, staff, private parking (35lei per day). The room was large, clean and warm. Very close to parlament and old city. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. The pillows -very soft

A good hotel in a very good position. You're right opposite the Palace, conveniently close to the tourist entrance and old town. Breakfast had plenty of variety. I felt a bit odd when I had to fill check in papers for all the guests, including 4yo kids. Is the first time when that happened. Usually hoteliers are happy with the details of one adult.

This hotel needs to be closed urgently …horrile hotel ..disgusting ..no any Hygiene nothing ..horible Service.. Horible Workers from Reception …try to sheat me with Money ! It’s a SHAME!

after 5 months traveling all around europe for work, this is the very worst hotel i've been in. -at dinner they refuse to split the bill - i've been waked up by the reception because they wanted me to check out... a day early, i explain that there was an error by the room phone, but they let me go down to the reception to explain again, after 20 mins they recognize their error, no excuse at all. after this i went out and when i come back, my key didn't work, they check me out! i spent other 20 mins at the reception to explain, and again no excuses at all. the staff is very unpolite, the breakfast as the restaurant are very basic. to be honest the rooms are not bad. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, I hope my review can help anyone to don't live the same situation.
