What a fantastic hotel at a really good location. As soon as you enter the hotel you know why it is 5*. The people are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big with and the showers are great. The morning breakfast is huge and you have a wide selection of food. The refreshing drinks at the buffet make the day even better. There is one bad thing. I was on the 12th floor. It took a long time until the warm water was in the shower. Highly recommanded hotel

Hotel a little old but the rooms were refurbished and are really ok. Good lokatorom in Miraflores. Breakfast very good. Eggs, vegetables, some meet and cheese. Additional points For fresh avocado. If you want the big hotel chain without surprises I recommend it.

Really wasn’t bad at all. My only issue would be that the smoking area is right in front of the lobby. As a result the lobby smells like cigarettes

I absolutely love the Crown Plaza Miraflores (Lima). I stayed there three weeks and had the best experience of a lifetime. The entire staff treated me life family, a sister, and took extra good care of me. Luis, Diego and Yomer were my special guardians. Angelica at the front desk helped me with my Spanish homework since that's the reason I went to Lima, to study Spanish and immerse myself in the language and culture. Antonio, one of the security personnel, also took good care of me as did all of the breakfast staff. As I said, I went to Lima to study Spanish, but I needed to be close to the my language school (which is literally across the street). I needed to be close to a full gym (which is literally around the corner). I wanted to be close to the Ocean, (which is literally a five minute walk and then you have a four mile boardwalk). I couldn't have wished for a better location, a better staff and all around better experience. I spent three weeks there, and I'll be back! Muchisimas Gracias Crown Plaza familia!

I want to specifically call out Henry and Mauricio in Concierge services — along with a manager, I believe her name was Nancy — who helped us get an item back that we left behind. Nancy suggested a solution and these guys were so helpful in getting it sent via courier to Piura since we weren’t returning to Lima. They were patient, helpful and kind. Very appreciated! Our lodging was spacious and comfortable, the restaurant food was good although the restaurant area was small and could be crowded for breakfast. I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Decent wifi. Secure parking.
