We stayed 5 nights at this absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. It was amazing from every point of view. The location is the best, the hotel stands right by the water with gorgeous veiw. Restaurants at every step and 15 min walk to the center. The customer service is top notch, from the way they greet you to the waiter service. We had the superior room balcony with a view of the water. Rooms beautifully decorated, super clean and very spacious. A/C worked great, it was pretty hot in Napoli and felt great to come to a cool room. Definitely coming back to Napoli and staying at this hotel.

Very nice bedroom . And pretty hotel Just be caution the breakfast is $30 usd and no worth it . And taxi to the airport wants to charge for everything apart (suitcases , supplemental ) even they can’t control this but it’s very common in Napoli and surroundings, unfortunately . Nice views from the room

Very well located with walkability to the city centre and main attractions. Nice view from rooms and pleasant area. Good service and rooms well kept and cleaned. The breakfast is varied and tasteful. Very good price for the value. Cons: very poor wifi with connectivity issues, barely usable.

The rooms are quite large and look like something my grandmother would have found exquisite. The beds were comfortable and the staff was all very friendly. This is just a "for the money" rating. The room just feels outdated and I don't think the hotel warrants the price. We did love Naples and it was nice to stay in this quieter part of town. We also loved the terrace bar with beautiful views and incredibly nice staff.
