I enjoyed my stay here..it was not only good location wise since it's close to the airport but tons of food around the area and the hotel is very secure. Good bang for your buck. I even extended my stay an extra day and they took care of me at ease. My room was amazing wish there was more coffee though. Only thing I will say is maybe more choices in the pantry downstairs lobby? Such as beverage wise. Breakfast was fine except for my burnt eggs on my 2nd day. But service from all staff was highly professional even if front desk comes across as curt well you are in a dodgy part of town so they are all eyes and ears on every guests. Definitely will be back again.

The shuttle service and driver was great. The customer service was poor at check in and checkout. She refused to give me a complimentary bottle of water even though this is clearly listed in my Hilton honors benefit. I had to check out early because the hotel was out of water due to a water pipe leak that flooded the first floor. I was not offered any assistance in finding a new accommodation for the night, was told it was up to me to call around. I was obviously refunded for the night but not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. When I pressed the issue for compensation I was offered 5000 points to my Hiltons Honor which I have yet to see. My room had several broken items such as the lotion bottle barely hanging onto the wall and extremely loud air conditioning unit that made loud clunking noises all night long making it difficult to sleep. The location is located in an industrial area so there are no nearby stores or restaurants within walking distance. The hotel advertises a breakfast menu with cook to order omelets, however this was not available for my Sunday morning breakfast, just a breakfast buffet. However my dinner meal and service was very good. This was the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in and will not be coming back.

The only true critique that I have about this hotel is the location. It wasn't as close to downtown as I was hoping but not so egregious that I was at a disadvantage. The staff was courteous and the room was exactly what I was looking for. The food served could be a bit better though but no true complaints at all. Would recommend.

This was an awful experience. The only positive is that around midnight Logan was the shuttle driver and he was awesome. As far as the hostess she lacks major customer service. I was told that the Shuttle runs every half hour. I was even placed on the schedule. I arrived 5 minutes early and the shuttle was already gone. I then spoke foot The driver to find out that someone that wasn’t on the schedule hopped on the ride so he left a few minutes early. When I spoke with the hostess she was adamant about him leaving on time when in fact he left early. If she’s unable to effectively communicate maybe the front is not where she belongs. Also, the hotel and rooms look like they’re from the mid 80s…. Would not recommend or return again. Apparently, American Airlines has a partnership with them for when they screw people over.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a conference in Phoenix. Hotel is very close to the airport, also not the best area. Not many restaurants around, or things to do unless you go downtown which is about 10 minutes by Uber/waymo. The hotel was fine but is in need of some little touchups. The room was comfortable enough and on the bigger side. Ac and heat worked well because I needed both during the weather here. The gym is adequate for a hotel gym although one of the treadmills didn't work. The room just had little paint touchups that are needed, cap falling off shower, the sink leaked when turned on. It didn't really impact my stay but you can tell it needs some TLC. Overall fine place to stay near airport. Also breakfast is your average hotel breakfast but is also $16.95 for the typical hotel buffet.
