It's nice and we love it. It's perfect for our 7 nights stay. The room is clean and smells so good inside. The linens and curtains smell fresh. The furnitures are well laid out properly making the room looks bigger and spacious. Above all else, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much for all the effort to make your customers feel at home.

Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites saved our 1st wedding Anniversary. We originally booked with a different hotel but we were left standing out in the cold with our money taken and no room. Last minute we called Hilton hoping they would have any room available. They had a perfect 1 bedroom King Suite available. We were greeted by friendly staff who sympathized with our situation and were ready and happy to make our day a more positive one. The room was spotless. The bed soft and great for anyone with allergies. As a special treat, the hotel gave us a cake for our anniversary which was so delicious and made our night so memorable in a positive way. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant by the lobby and we were amazed at how fresh and large the portion sizes were. Everything was made exactly as we had ordered it. There were no hiccups or issues, no surprise billing. We absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton and will not use in any other hotel in the future.

I travelled for business and stayed 6 nights with a pet. Exceptional service , clean spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I love that this hotel welcomes pets! I also ordered room service a few times and it was excellent. The front desk and housekeeping staff are top notch. I strongly recommended this hotel to EVERYONE - and definitely choose this hotel if you require quick airport access or are travelling with pets. 10/10

While the hotel is definitely showing it's age (rooms are better than the building), the excellent staff more than make up for it. This is hands down the best service I've had at a Hilton in North America. Everyone is on top of everything and with a consistently warm and genuine attitude. Shout out to the weekend executive lounge AM staff for the hospitality.
