Even though this hotel is just outside the north end , tram stop is right outside. Lovely and clean. Great value for money and breakfast was fab. Nothing is too much trouble for the host. Thank you

Nice hotel. Really nice owner We stayed last month ,Our room had a lovely sea view , Sharon was so helpful,as i was not well she was so helpful could do enough to help me while i rested in our room, thank you so much the tram stop is just across the road & lots of cafes , resturants & shops nearby..really cant fault the place, Parking available 1st come 1st served but loads of free parking a few 100 yds away. Beautiful reasonable priced hotel, you also get a very good breakfast included which is another bonus

We had a lovely Lovely stay from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble from the owners and made us feel welcome. The rooms were adequate with very comfortable beds, We would highly recommend, x

Definitely pros and cons staying here. Firstly it's a nice hotel and good enough value for money, in a good spot across the road from the sea and Bispham tram stop. Nice staff and the free home made cookies are a nice touch 😊. The family room 3 lay out we stayed in wasn't for me I'm afraid. Laminate flooring felt a bit bare and no bed side tables or plug sockets next to bed was a bit irritating as was the tiny bathroom with no shelfs or space to put toiletries etc. The bed was really comfy though. It was also unfortunate that there was alot of disturbance in the middle of night from a couple fighting and arguing above us and someone drunk banging on doors ☹️ It was dealt with once Sharon and her partner was aware of the noise. A bit of a disappointment after reading all the good reviews.

Absolutley loved it. Already booked to go back before we left. The owners are lovely. They treat you like family. Breakfast was amazing. I was so hot, large lady and outside temp was 27, they lent us a fan. Good onowledge of surrounding areas too. Parking available 1st come 1st served but loads of free parking a few 100 yds away. Beautiful reasonable priced restaurant around corner called Bispham Kitchen. Bispam tram station over rd a few 100yds away. Small park over the road too.
