Our stay at The Penz hotel in Innsbruck was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, providing a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and always had a cheerful disposition, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's breakfast spread was impressive, offering a great variety of options to start the day on a delicious note. Moreover, the ambience of both the rooms and the restaurant was captivating, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, it was a memorable and satisfying experience at The Penz hotel, and we had a truly pleasant stay there.

Location location location! Right in the heart of Innsbruck sits The Penz. A short walk to almost everything you could want from a tourists perspective and close to the main train station. The public transit has stations on either side of the hotel so if you do have a longer journey, there's trams and busses just a stones throw away. We stayed for two nights and it couldn't have been better. The staff was very friendly, room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast on the top floor was great! My only improvement would have to do with the outdoor area of the rooftop bar. It snowed a few inches while we were there and because of this, the outdoor areas for the rooftop bar were closed. A suggestion of some sort of covering or heaters outside would have allowed for the bar to be more than just an afterthought for us. Regardless, will stay here again when we return to Innsbruck!

Modern, town centre hotel with excellent service, and great breakfast. Cocktail bar is relaxing and exclusive. Very close walking distance to all the major old town tourist attractions and Christmas markets. Close to bus and tram stops for everything else. E.g one block from Anichstrasse for the airport (10mins).

The hotel is situated at the city center, so everything is walking distance. The view from the elevator is incredible. The room we had was clean and quiet. Bed mattress was comfortable. We got an extra pillow which was very helpful on my aching legs from whole day of walking. Staff were helpful and friendly. As for the negative part, the wifi in our room was weak. We complained, but there was nothing to be done. Breakfast was great, but eggs could have been prepared in different ways and it would have been nicer if we could toast some bread. Warm bread with cheese or eggs for breakfast tastes better than cold ones. Also, the glass bedside table on the side of my bed was very wobbly. I was honestly concerned that it might break. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay despite the downsides.
