We visited in December and the location was perfect. Very close to the Christmas markets and old town. The room was very clean and every employee we came across was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great - has everything you could possibly want. The room was very comfortable with a great view. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation.

A newly refurbished hotel. The rooms don't have a lot of personality. The double room we stayed in didn't worth the price (tiny, small window). Limited service. The breakfast is good, but nothing more that what I expect in a 4 stars hotel.

We stayed over Christmas, and it was beautiful. Very cozy, very friendly and very centrally located. You can feel all the effort that goes into everything. As many others have said, the breakfast is exceedingly good. Loved the hotel all around. The only thing that was a bit problematic was that the bathroom and toilet were separated from the bedroom by nothing more than a glass door. Not so ideal if two people are in the same room.

First off, I would like upper management to recognize Employee Lily and Manager Francesca at the front desk. They are extremely kind, sweet, and helpful! It made the stay nicer because of them. From helping out with renting bikes with the welcome card, to constantly refilling water bottles and providing information! *** On a hotel note, it would be better if the bathrooms were not translucent and if the shower area had separation so the water would flow at a different level, but that is the alt design of the bathroom.
