The only good part about this hotel is that it is close to the ado bus stop. Other than that: - the wifi was not working in the room - bathroom was gross - so many broken things (bathroom door handle and vanity) - only one power outlet - super noise when there’s an event at the square

When we got our first room it smelt very bad like sewage. Noticed that there was water all over the bathroom. The bed was dirty with lots of stains and someone else’s hair. They moved us to a room on the first floor. The beds there were also dirty with someone else’s hair on the bed. The Ac didn’t work which resulted in us having to open the window. It was very loud with the window open and the ceiling fan going. The ceiling fan was also broken and not hanging properly. There was no hot water to take a shower. The second room also had a strong odour of mold. We had to catch an early flight and chose this hotel because it was close to the bus station which made it convenient however my partner and I only got 1 hour of sleep because we were so uncomfortable.

Not worth it, smelled awful could not sleep and very uncomfortable beds I had to find another hotel after the first night Hope this helps

First impression was nice room was beyond smell it stunk Lady at Connor had no English I have limited Spanish so I just dealt with it There is one single electrical outlet in the whole room and that is by the sink they're open electrical boxes that used to be Outlets The shower is cold the Wi-Fi connects but doesn't work This is why I take hotels one day at a time
