I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel Parnass. The location is phenomenal and the service sublime. Friends stayed at a large 5***** nearby and did not get the personalized attention we did. They made excellent restaurant reservations for us and helped us navigate the complex lift system. The bathrooms are recently renovated - water pressure is awesome! I do wish they offered hot oatmeal or a waffle maker on the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is clean and pleasant. Location is very central and just next to the river. Morover I had a room with the view on Matterhorn! On top of that the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good. In conclusion the hotel has everything you need, Though no air-conditioning but you can just open the window to cool down the room.

The Hotel Parnass is a cozy, family-run guesthouse with a great, central location in Zermatt. The rooms are clean and fresh. The breakfast room and hotel garden also have stunning views on the Matterhorn, and the staff are kind and helpful. The hotel is very reasonably priced. Overall, the Hotel Parnass has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Zermatt.

I had a lovely four day stay at the Hotel Parnass. The owner and staff/family were all very cordial and always willing to help. My room was fresh and clean and there was ample to choose from at breakfast. The breakfast room and hotel garden have magnificent views of the Matterhorn. It was a delight to sit in the garden with a cafe creme and gaze at this beautiful mountain. The atmosphere of the hotel is like a cosy, family run guesthouse, which is very much a compliment! I would also say it is very reasonably priced. I do hope I can return to Zermatt and Hotel Parnass in the future.
