I went as a solo traveler and was confused with the “Adults only” tag. This is a typical Japanese hotel which they claim as a “Love Hotel.” But do not allow this to discourage you, I felt completely comfortable at this hotel, it had a karaoke room for 4-5 people and an area to sit down and relax. It is also used as a day time rate hotel. I paid much more for this hotel than the going rate which was 9,800 yen per night, but I got excellent service, so friendly and kind staff and some extras like drinks. The room was comfortable and large enough to open my suitcases. It is generally not used for people staying as long as I did (6nights), but it was close to the ShinOkubo station and right in Japan’s Korean town hub. Walking distance to the Golden Gai and lots of shopping.

Stayed here on two occasions as a quick place to rest after a long flight to Tokyo. Rooms are nice and clean, bathrooms have a huge range of products, staff have always been very friendly. Nice little place to relax and get some sleep after a long flight.

Enjoyed my stay here , I believe you get more than what you pay Great lounge area Lots of amenities for free Hairdryer and high tech bath and shower Would stay again when I come back Outside was funny at night wink 😜🤣

This is the person who stopped by and used it on the afternoon of July 25th. Despite staying overnight and using the facility, I ignored the sign at the entrance that said, ``Even if you are not a customer of our store, please take a drink break to prevent heat stroke,'' so I used it for my son, who is in first grade, for a bathroom break. Ta. Actually, at that time, I had been searching for about 20 minutes at Shin-Okubo Station, the post office, and a convenience store, but I couldn't find a restroom. Although I thought it would be difficult to ask, I asked the man at the front desk and he kindly accepted my request, and he even asked me if I could have something cold to drink as it was hot. These words were very helpful to me as I was struggling in the hot weather. I would like to express my gratitude to the man who spoke to me at the front desk for his kindness, and to the hotel management for their efforts to help the city by casually placing a signboard at the entrance. If I have a chance someday, I will stop by to use the facility. Thank you for your time today.
