The room overall was okay but note that it was SQUEAKY CLEAN. And old hotel but very well maintained, and it was quiet. The service is awesome. Mr receptionist (forgot to ask name😔) was very helpful, and quick-witted. I was traveling with my old mother so i thought its going to be hard but the service and location made everything felt so simple and she's happy. The hotel was located near so many restaurant (Please note that many shops closed on sunday so u might need to walk further) but there was a bus station so close to the hotel so we could go everywhere easily. The only thing im scared of is the lift. It was so tiny and could only take one person on a time so my claustrophobic self cant take it hahaha but luckily you can take the stairs :)

Tried to check in after 3pm as written on my booking but found out there was no-one to check me in, no answer on the phone or email, and no emails before my visit from the hotel. I went to the venue and a guest let me in and when he saw my bags he said "first day, no way, no-one". I waited at the desk, no-one was around, it's dark and dingy inside and a guest came out with torn clothes and no shoes on. I looked around to try to find a room but only came across a dirty toilet. Eventually I had to leave as I realised there was no where to stay and the existing occupiers of the hotel seemed very drunk / vacant so didn't feel particularly safe waiting around. They charged me a full night (no show fee) a few days later! And they still have not responded to any of my emails. Worst hotel I've ever been to.

A nice cheap hotel that us greatly located in at 10 minutes of the train station. The rooms are clean but a bit small. The staff is always extremely polite and helful.
